अल्मोड़ा। सांस्कृतिक नगरी अल्मोड़ा में नंदादेवी मेला मां नंदा सुनंदा की भव्य शोभायात्रा के साथ सम्पन्न हो गया है। सुबह से ही हजारों की संख्या में लोग मां के दर्शन करने नंदा देवी मंदिर में पहुंचे और मां नंदा-सुनंदा की शोभायात्रा में शामिल हुए। जगह-जगह मां के जयकारों से पूरा वातावरण गुंज उठा। मां नंदा सुनंदा की मूर्तियों को सजाकर डोले में रखकर नंदादेवी मंदिर से शोभायात्रा निकाली गई। मां की शोभायात्रा के प्रारम्भ होते ही हल्की बूंदाबांदी भी हुई। हजारों श्रद्धालुओं ने श्रद्धा और भक्ति के साथ मां नंदा-सुनंदा को विदाई दी। देर शाम मां की मूर्तियों का विर्सजन दुगालखोला स्थित डोबानौला में किया गया।
एक सप्ताह तक चले नंदादेवी मेले के समापन अवसर पर शुक्रवार को मां नंदा-सुनंदा की शोभायात्रा निकाली गई। शोभायात्रा के दौरान मंदिर परिसर सहित बाजारों में लोगों की भीड़ मां के दर्शन को लगी रहीं। नंदा देवी मंदिर परिसर भक्तों से खचाखच भरा रहा। मां की शोभायात्रा नंदादेवी मंदिर में एक परिक्रमा कर प्रारम्भ की गई। शोभायात्रा लाला बाजार, बसंल गली, माल रोड होते हुए ड्योड़ी पोखर पहुंची जहां पर तल्ला महल से मां नंदा सुनंदा की आरती की गई। इसके बाद मां का डोला सीड़ी बाजार से, कचहरी बाजार, थाना बाजार, पलटन बाजार, कैंट होते हुए दुगालखोला पहुंचा। शोभायात्रा के दौरान महिलाओं ने छतों व अपने घरों से पुष्प वर्षा की। शोभायात्रा में चल रहे भक्तों ने मां के भजन सहित जयकारों से मां का गुणगान किया। जिससे पूरा वातावरण भक्तिमय बना रहा। देर शाम मां नंदा सुनंदा की मूर्तियों का विर्सजन किया गया। उसके बाद मां के डोले को जयकारों के साथ नंदा देवी मंदिर में लाया गया जहां पर पूजा अर्चना कर आरती की गई। शोभायात्रा में चंद वंशज केसी सिंह बाबा, नंदा देवी मंदिर पुजारी हरीश चंद जोशी, कें्रदीय कपड़ा राज्य मंत्री अजय टम्टा, राज्य सभा सांसद प्रदीप टम्टा, पूर्व विधायक मनोज तिवारी, पूर्व पालिकाध्यक्ष प्रकाश चंद्र जोशी, किशन गुरुरानी, कैलाश गुरुरानी, ललित लटवाल, एलके पंत, अनूप साह, संजय साह, मुन्ना बिष्ट, राजकुमार बिष्ट, घनंजय साह, दिनेश लाल साह, दिनेश गोयल, अमरनाथ नेगी, दिनेश चंद पंत, दिनेश जोशी, हरीश बिष्ट, अर्जुन बिष्ट, संतोष मिश्रा, राजू अग्रवाल, महेंद्र सिंह पालनी सहित बड़ी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहें।
