Dehradun : The students of Pen India School at Sapera Basti (Snake Charmers locality), Doiwala paid tributes to the martyrs of Pulwama terrorist attack.
In the attack on the CRPF convoy at Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir more than 40 jawan attained martyrdom yesterday.
The students raised slogans condemning the cowardice act of terrorrist.
They also lit the candles to pay their tributes.
In their condolence students observe two minute silence.
The school is running under the aegies of PEN INDIA FOUNDATION,which provide free education to the downtrodden section of the society.
Mr. Anoop Rawat,the chairperson of the foundation told the students that,”Terrorism is a global threat and it have no religion.We firmly believe that our Prime Minister would take strict measure to curb this menace.”
Mr. Santosh Budakoti, the Director of the Foundation extended his most sincere condolence to the grief stricken families of the martyred jawans.
Volunteer teachers of the school, Mrs Ritu Sharma and Mrs Deepalika Negi informed students about this terrorist attack.
