बैंक अपने अंशधारकों को देगा 12 प्रतिशत का लाभांश
अल्मोड़ा। अल्मोड़ा अर्बन को-आपरेटिव बैंक लि. की 27वीें वार्षिक सामान्य निकाय की बैठक शुक्रवार को कोर्णाक होटल में हुई। इस दौरान बैंक की कार्य प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई और बैंक की लगातार हो रही प्रगति पर हर्ष व्यक्त किया गया।
बैंक सचिव व महाप्रबंधक पीसी तिवारी ने बैंक की प्रगति व उपलब्धियों की जानकारी बैठक में दी। बैंक सचिव ने बताया कि वर्ष 2017-18 में बैंक की कार्यशील पूंजी में पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 178.82 करोड़ की वृद्धि होकर 2840.82 करोड़ हो गई हैं निक्षेपों में पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 114.61 करोड़ रुपये की वृद्धि होकर 2434.22 करोड़ तथा ऋण व अग्रिमों में गत वर्ष की तुलना में अधिक ऋण वितरित करने के बाद अच्छी वसूली हुई। बैंक की निजी पूंजी 361.63 करोड़ हो गई है। बैंक का ग्रास एनपीए 4.29 प्रतिशत है तथा नेट एनपीए शून्य है। बैंक ने अपने कुल ऋण का लगभग 45.11 प्रतिशत प्राथमिकता प्राप्त क्षेत्र को वितरित कर देश की प्रगति में योगदान दिया है। वर्तमान में उत्तराखंड में बैंक की कुल 50 शाखाएं कार्यरत है। बैंक ने वर्ष 2019 तक अपना कार्य व्यवसाय पांच हजार करोड़ तक पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा है। बैंक ने उत्तराखंड के बेरोजगारों को अधिक से अधिक रोजगार देकर प्रदेश तथा देश की प्रगति में योगदान दिया है। बैठक में बताया गया कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2017-18 में बैंक का सकल लाभ 5480.67 लाख रहा। बैंक ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2017-18 के लिए अपने अंशधारकों को 12 प्रतिशत का लाभांश देने की घोषणा की है। बैंक के अपने 26 एटीएम लगाये है। बैंक उत्तराखंड का प्रथम बैंक है जो भारतीय राष्ट्रीय भुगतान निगम का प्रत्यक्ष सदस्य है। ग्राहकों की सुविधा के लिए बैंक आधुनिक सेवा ई-कामर्स प्रदान कर रहा है। जिससे एटीएम कार्ड धारक कार्ड के माध्यम से आॅनलाइन लेनदेन कर सकते है। इसके माध्यम से बिलों का भुगतान एलआईसी की किस्तों का भुगतान, मोबाइल रिचार्ज, डीटीएच रिचार्ज आदि किया जा सकता है। बैंक आरटीजीएस, ईसीएस की भी प्रत्यक्ष सदस्य है। इसके अलावा कार्ड के माध्यम से लगभग एक हजार रुपये का नगद आहरण भी किया जा सकता है। बैंक ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2017-18 में 16.18 करोड़ रुपये का अग्रिम आयकर जमा किया है। बैंक राजस्व वृद्धि करने में भी सहयोग कर रहा है।
इस मौके पर बैंक के अध्यक्ष आनंद सिंह बगडवाल ने बैंक के सभी सहयोगियों का आभार व्यक्त किया। बैठक में बैंक के उपाध्यक्ष सुनील अग्रवाल, संचालक विजय बंसल, श्याम साह, लक्ष्मण वर्मा, प्रभा साह, नयन राम, आभा वर्मा, जयानंद डिमरी, महेश चंद्र जोशी, रीता टंडन, सुनील तिवारी, मंजू गुरुरानी, प्रकाश पांडे, किशन गुरुरानी, लक्ष्मण ऐठानी, नवीन पाठक, लज्जा पंत, गिरीश धवन, गोविंद वर्मा, लीला टम्टा, मुमताज खान, सरदार सुरजीत सिंह, लियाकत अली, मथुरा दत्त, जितेंद्र वर्थवाल सहित बैंक के सभी कर्मचारी व अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
